Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 May 2026

1. Service description

Verityx is a software delivery assurance platform that analyses project management, source control, and test data to produce delivery verification reports. The platform connects to your systems with read-only access and generates findings based on evidence correlation.

2. Nature of findings

Verityx findings are evidence-based observations, not legal conclusions. Reports identify substantiated, partially substantiated, unsubstantiated, and review-required delivery claims based on available evidence. Findings are intended to support human decision-making, not replace it. Verityx does not make payment, contract, or vendor termination recommendations.

3. Read-only access

Verityx operates with read-only permissions on all connected systems. The platform cannot create, modify, or delete any data in your project management tools, source control repositories, or test management systems.

4. Data handling

Your data is processed in isolated tenant environments. We do not use your audit data to train models, benchmark other clients, or for any purpose other than generating your delivery assurance reports. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Beta and service evolution

Some features may be released in private beta or updated as the Service evolves. We may modify, improve, or retire features from time to time, and where changes materially affect customers, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service or by email.

6. Limitation of liability

Verityx is provided as an evidence analysis tool. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of findings where source data is incomplete, corrupted, or inconsistent. Users are responsible for reviewing findings and making their own commercial decisions based on the evidence presented.

7. Confidentiality

All audit data, findings, and reports are treated as confidential. We will not disclose your data or findings to any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.

8. Legal entity

Verityx is operated by Nevodia Ltd, registered in England and Wales, with registered office in Cambridge, United Kingdom.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
